In the previous issue of Fair Play (#26, Jan-Feb 99), I said that I ran out of time in preparing it, and would have stuff from the two Dallas conferences that I couldn't fit into that issue, into this one.
Well, some of that stuff is here --- but some of it isn't. Time remains very tight for me and I was unable to devote the usual amount of time to preparing this issue of Fair Play.
To those readers expecting to see the text of John Armstrong's Lancer presentation, I apologize. (I've already apologized to John for being forced to bump him back to the next issue.) Also, to those expecting data on the medical evidence presented in Dallas, and the debates on Zapruder film authenticity, I apologize. Unfortunately I can't make any promises on what will happen to that stuff.
I must also extend apologies to those who took the time to copy material and send it to me so that I might have necessary medical/Z-film data.
To anyone who might be curious, I can only say that my personal life is NOT crumbling about me. There is no death, divorce, disease, or disaster. Rather, the demands of raising two young, highly spirited children take precedence over this endeavor.
I would still encourage any and all readers to send me whatever reasearch and insights they are willing to share.

This photograph was taken by the editor last November 22. There wasn't anywhere to use it in the previous Fair Play, just as there really isn't anywhere to use it this time.
