Sometime in the very very very near future, Fair Play editor John Kelin is pulling up stakes and moving. Packing up all his stuff, loading the wife and kiddies into the family slag heap, and relocating to a new city or town or hamlet. He'll be in the same state as before --- I can't remember which one that is, but to quote Donald Barthelme, "we are not in Wisconsin, we are in Utah, Montana or Idaho." Or is it Colorado?
What he is fairly certain of is that the URL of Fair Play, as well as his email address, will remain unchanged. Those few of you who have occasion to contact him via snail mail will be notified of that new real-world address. The rest of you, and that's the vast majority, will be unaffected.
So why, then, are we telling you this? Due to the uncertainty of the whole thing, we can't say just when or even where he/they will end up. So the next issue of Fair Play may just possibly be delayed a tad. If that happens, it will be the first time we've missed uploading a new issue on schedule. C'est la vie. But stay tuned. The new issue should be up in early January, we hope --- if not on January 1, then soon afterward.
