My interest in Vincent Salandria's current views was prompted by Richard E. Sprague's "The Taking Of America, 1-2-3". An excerpt follows:

You'll be interested to know that we anticipate running an article by Richard E. Sprague in the near future. "The Assignment of G. Robert Blakey" is described as insider memoir about Sprague's demoralization when Blakey took over as Chief Counsel of the HSCA.

For years, I trusted Lifton's BEST EVIDENCE. And then also books like Coup de'tait In America ( CIA ) and HIGH TREASON, to name a few.

I'm finally getting around to reading CASE CLOSED and in many ways it seems like a heavy REFUTATION of so much else that I've read, yet it seems to have been PAINSTAKINGLY researched.

Jim Garrison is portrayed as a misunderstood, maligned hero in the movie JFK, but I've run across a lot of unflattering info on him which it would seem Mr. Stone chose to ignore.

Personally, I tend to hold the belief that the assassination was carried out by RENEGADE elements of the CIA, with assistance from the Mafia, disgruntled Cuban exiles and certain elements of law enforcement recruited or thwarted within the parameters of the plot. And also that Oswald probably fired his shots, but was expected to take all the heat for what some believe was a " hail " of bullets that were fired at that motorcade.

Also interesting: apparently Jackie Kennedy's Warren Commission testimony has never been released.

The Warren Commission appears to be a window dressing, but surely the TRUTH is well-known by some group, somewhere. Documents still keep getting their release dates pushed back in the name of Security. Does everybody involved have to be dead before they release the info?
