It has been said that the American people are the only jury that Lee Harvey Oswald will ever have. It is our responsibility, then, to examine with utmost care and objectivity the evidence for and against him, and to reach an independent verdict.

- Toward a JFK Assassination Theory is researcher Martin Shackelford's sorting out of various elements associated with the events in Dallas.
- The Paper Bag that Never Was, by researcher Ian Griggs, examines evidence suggesting the paper bag allegedly used by Lee Oswald to sneak a rifle into the TSBD, never existed. This article first appeared in Issues 1 & 2 of The Dealey Plaza Echo, and is broken into two parts here for faster loading.

- March Madness at the ARRB, Pt. 2 is an article by Joseph Backes, which follows up Pt. 1 of the article by the same name. The first part was published in The Fourth Decade a couple of years ago.
- A Clue of Singularity This article, in the words of its author, Angus E. Crane, "discusses the unique and singular behavior of Lee Harvey Oswald in contrast to other presidential assailants."
- Miscellanea, Errata, Et Cetera is a sort of catch-all file, which this time around includes the recently-released autopsy report on J.D. Tippit, and other stuff.
- Updates From time to time, there is information we'd like to add, post-deadline, to Fair Play. We invite all readers to check back now and then to take a look at each of our two "Updates" files. ARRB Updates consists of press releases from the Records Review Board. Updates has various items that develop post-deadline; this file may well be empty.
- Who's Who and What's What What organizations are actively working toward resolving the JFK case? Where can you locate that hard-to-find assassination title? Fair Play presents a catalogue of the sources and resources we're aware of.
