Author of four books, The People v. Lee Harvey Oswald; Treachery in Dallas; JFK Assassination Quiz Book; Reference Index Guide to the Warren Commission. Walt's fifth book is near completion .

assassination, The Second Plot and Vendetta. Matthew has lectured on the subject for many years and has been a regular speaker at DALLAS '63
meetings over the past three years.
Wayne S. Smith, Ph.D
Leading expert on Cuba. Wayne Smith was Executive Secretary of President
Kennedy's Latin America Task Force. Books to his credit include The
Russians Aren't Coming: New Soviet Policy in Latin America.
Joe Backes
The leading writer on the Assassinations Records Review Board. Since the
ARRB was set up by President Bill Clinton, Joe has attended all of their
public hearings, meetings and presentations.
