Eva Grant during Ruby's trial, left, and with brother in happier= days: that's obsese?

Fair Play believes firmly that the Ramparts article= presented here is in substance accurate, even though it is nearly thirty years= old. But we must point out something that doesn't seem to have stood the= test of time.

The story related by Arturo Alocer Ruiz does not wash. Intrigued= by it, but wanting more information, we looked Alocer up in each of the four= volumes of Forgive My Grief, the set of editorials and essays by Penn= Jones, Jr. The name was nowhere to be found. Neither is "Arturo Alocer Ruiz" listed in the Sylvia Meagher/Gary Owen Master Index to the JFK Assassination Investigations. Moreover, every photograph we've= seen of Eva Grant is clearly not that of a "particularly obese woman." So= unless more information surfaces, we are inclined to disregard this part= of the Ramparts article.
