"Ken is a
craftsman with a camera, framing the snapshot visioins of
real life with his lens, and imbuing that real life, through
the essence of an artist, with photographs of creativity,
grace and beauty."
Ken currently is
involved in a variety of photo activities, including private
and journalistic photographsy, weddings, and commercial
accounts such as Stan Hywet Hall and
Gardens.

End of
Year Best Photos Competition
Your
entries for this competition are required to be delivered at
the May 5 meeting of the club (or
before).
The four
categories are: B&W prints, Color prints, Digital slides
and Traditional slides.
You may enter up
to 9 images from each category. Images must have been
entered into our regular monthly competitions during the
current year. The images are any which you choose to
enter.

Competition
Rules for 2009-2010
Rules are
generally unchanged from last year. There will be four
categories for competition: Color Prints, B&W Prints,
Film Slides, and Digital Slides. In all categories except
Film Slides, there will be a Class A (more experienced) and
a Class B (less experienced). Digital manipulation is
permitted for all digital images. Images may be submitted
only once for competitions, and so images submitted in prior
years are therefore excluded from further submissions. At
the end of the year, we will count the accumulated scores
for only the top 18 images in each category per person. This
is intended to allow members to miss a couple of
competitions and yet not suffer a point penalty for not
having made submissions.
